How the Selling Process Works

Step 1 – Contact Us

Send us clear, well-lit photographs of the front and back of every individual sticker you’d like to sell.

Please include:

• A clear front photo of each sticker.
• A clear back photo of each sticker.
• The quantity available.
• Your asking price (optional).

Group photos are welcome for reference, but individual front and back photos of every sticker are required before we can evaluate your collection.

Step 2 – Review

We’ll carefully review your submission and determine which stickers we’re interested in purchasing.

If we’re interested, we’ll contact you with:

• Our purchase offer.
• Which stickers we’d like to purchase.
• Shipping instructions.
• Your payment method.

Please do not ship any stickers until you have received written approval from Cosmic Stickers.

Step 3 – Ship Your Stickers

After we’ve reached an agreement, securely package your stickers and ship them using the instructions we provide.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Sellers are responsible for securely packaging their stickers.
• Sellers are responsible for all shipping costs when sending stickers to Cosmic Stickers.
• We recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking.

Step 4 – Inspection

Once your shipment arrives, every sticker will be individually inspected to verify:

• Authenticity.
• Condition.
• Quantity.
• That the stickers match the submitted photographs.

Step 5 – Payment

Payment is issued only after your stickers have been received, inspected, and accepted.

Once inspection has been completed, payment will be sent using the payment method agreed upon before shipment.

Important Seller Information

• Submission of photos does not guarantee that Cosmic Stickers will purchase your stickers.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any purchase offer at our sole discretion.
• Purchase offers are based on the photographs submitted and remain subject to physical inspection upon arrival.
• If stickers arrive in a condition materially different from the submitted photos or description, Cosmic Stickers reserves the right to revise or withdraw its purchase offer.
• We may purchase all, some, or none of the stickers submitted.

Rejected Stickers

If any stickers are not accepted:

• We’ll explain why they were not accepted.
• If you’d like the rejected stickers returned, you’re responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Return shipping must be paid before rejected stickers are returned.
• If return shipping is not arranged within 30 days after notification, and no other written agreement has been made, Cosmic Stickers may treat the stickers as abandoned to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Seller Agreement

By sending stickers to Cosmic Stickers after receiving written approval, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Seller Terms.

You also confirm that:

• You are the legal owner of the stickers.
• The stickers are authentic to the best of your knowledge.
• The stickers are not counterfeit, reproduced, stolen, or fraudulently obtained.
• The photographs and descriptions accurately represent the stickers being shipped.
