Returns and Refunds
At Cosmic Stickers, every order is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment. Because our stickers and collectibles are small-format specialty products, all sales are generally final.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at Cosmicstickersinc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund when applicable.
Custom and Personalized Products
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.
If we made an error on your custom order or the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, duplicate purchases, or no longer wanting the item.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Order Cancellations
Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered production, been packaged, or shipped.
Shipping Issues
Domestic orders may be shipped using Economy Shipping - No Tracking, Tracked Shipping, or Express Shipping. Economy Shipping does not include tracking. Tracking information is provided for tracked services when available from the carrier.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued are determined by your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error by Cosmic Stickers or as otherwise required by law.
European Union Orders
For customers located in the European Union or other jurisdictions that provide mandatory consumer cancellation or return rights, those legal rights continue to apply where required.
Certain products, including customized or clearly personalized goods, may be excluded from statutory cancellation rights where permitted by applicable law.
