What does Cosmic Stickers sell?
We offer ready-made vinyl stickers, original Cosmic Stickers artwork, independently created fan-made collections, custom stickers, business logo and sticker services, Heavenly Paws pet memorial stickers, and separately identified authentic resale collectibles.
Are fan-made products official merchandise?
No. Products described as fan-made are independently created and produced by Cosmic Stickers. They are not official merchandise, licensed releases, promotional giveaways, or products authorized by the third-party brands that may inspire the artwork. Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and other brand identifiers belong to their respective owners.
How are authentic collectibles different?
Listings specifically identified as authentic collectibles are independently acquired items offered for resale. They are separate from Cosmic Stickers fan-made products. Exact-item photos and condition information are provided when applicable so you can review what you are purchasing.
How do custom stickers work?
For a regular custom sticker, use our custom sticker service. Submit the requested photo, logo, artwork, or idea after ordering and follow the instructions in the product listing. Custom design charges, proofing, and revision terms are shown on the applicable listing.
What is Heavenly Paws?
Heavenly Paws is our dedicated custom pet memorial service. The memorial artwork is based on your actual pet and includes the signature halo, angel wings, and personalized name treatment. The specialized memorial artwork is included in the listed Heavenly Paws price, with proofing and the included revision allowance explained on the product page.
Which business service should I choose?
If you need a new logo only, choose Custom Business Logo Design. If you already have finished artwork and only need stickers printed, choose Custom Sticker Printing. If you need both a new logo and printed stickers, choose Logo Design + Custom Stickers.
When will my order ship?
Processing time depends on the item. Ready-made products are prepared as quickly as possible, while custom and made-to-order products can require additional preparation. Current shipping options, rates, and delivery information are listed in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please review our Refund Policy and contact us promptly at Cosmicstickersinc@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when applicable.
Can I cancel or return a custom order?
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are subject to the terms shown in the product listing and our Refund Policy. Because custom work is created for a specific customer, cancellation or return options become limited once design work or production has begun.
Can I submit any logo, photo, or artwork for custom printing?
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right or permission to use and reproduce the material you submit. Cosmic Stickers may decline work that we cannot reasonably produce or that presents legal, quality, or production concerns.
