How It Works
- Place your order.
- Submit your business name, preferred colors, style direction, ideas, reference images, and requested design elements.
- We create your initial logo proof. Initial proofs are typically provided within 5 to 7 business days after all required design information has been received.
- Review the proof and request any needed changes within the 2 included revision rounds.
- Approve the final design and receive your completed digital files.

Important Service Terms
Custom design work begins after your required design information has been received. Because this is personalized work, the order cannot be canceled or refunded once design work has started, except where required by law.
Commercial use applies to the approved final logo only. Unapproved concepts, drafts, working files, and editable or vector source files are not included unless specifically agreed to in writing.
You are responsible for ensuring that business names, slogans, trademarks, reference material, and other content you provide may legally be used. This design service does not include trademark registration, trademark searches, or legal clearance.
