SECTION 1: ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

By using our website or purchasing from Cosmic Stickers, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, email address, billing information, and shipping information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account you create and for activity that occurs through your account.

SECTION 2: PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We make reasonable efforts to display our products and services accurately. Colors, sizing, appearance, and other visual characteristics may vary depending on your screen, device, printing process, material, or production method.

Sticker sizes are approximate and may vary slightly because of die-cut shapes, borders, artwork proportions, and manufacturing tolerances.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or refuse the sale of any product or service at any time.

SECTION 3: PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, shipping charges, and product availability may change without notice.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed unless Cosmic Stickers has specifically agreed to different payment terms.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, or checkout errors. If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact the customer before proceeding.

SECTION 4: ORDERS

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, unauthorized use of intellectual property, abusive conduct, or other circumstances that could create risk for Cosmic Stickers.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before checkout.

Once an order enters production, printing, personalization, packaging, or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

SECTION 5: CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Custom, personalized, memorial, made-to-order, and specially designed products are created specifically for the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, wording, photographs, logos, artwork, colors, instructions, and other customization information.

When a digital proof is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing spelling, names, artwork placement, colors, and other visible details before approving the design.

Once a customer approves a proof, Cosmic Stickers may begin production. Changes requested after approval may require additional charges or a new order.

Custom and personalized products are generally final sale once production has begun, except when Cosmic Stickers makes a production error or the product arrives damaged or defective.

SECTION 6: CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED PHOTOS, ARTWORK, LOGOS, AND CONTENT

By submitting a photograph, logo, artwork, design, name, trademark, image, or other content to Cosmic Stickers, you represent that you own the material or have permission to use it for the requested purpose.

You grant Cosmic Stickers a limited license to use submitted material only as reasonably necessary to design, produce, proof, print, fulfill, and support your order.

Cosmic Stickers is not responsible for determining whether customer-supplied material violates another person’s copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual-property rights.

We reserve the right to refuse custom work that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or third-party rights.

SECTION 7: DESIGN SERVICES

When purchasing a design service, the product description controls what is included, including the number of concepts, revisions, file formats, production schedule, and permitted use.

Unless expressly included in the product description, design services do not include trademark searches, copyright searches, legal clearance, trademark registration, copyright registration, or legal advice.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a final design is legally available for their intended commercial use.

Source files, working files, drafts, rejected concepts, prompts, production files, and unused design variations are not included unless specifically stated in the purchased service.

SECTION 8: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Original Cosmic Stickers branding, website content, product photography, original artwork, original designs, graphics, text, and other materials created by Cosmic Stickers are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, modify, or commercially exploit our original website content or original artwork without permission.

Some products may reference or incorporate third-party trademarks, logos, characters, brands, designs, or other intellectual property. All such third-party rights remain the property of their respective owners.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Cosmic Stickers is an independent business and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with any third-party brand referenced in a fan-made or independently produced item.

SECTION 9: AUTHENTIC COLLECTIBLES AND RESALE ITEMS

Cosmic Stickers may independently resell authentic collectible items originally produced by third parties.

Any third-party trademarks, names, logos, product designs, or other intellectual property associated with authentic resale items remain the property of their respective owners.

Cosmic Stickers is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original manufacturer unless expressly stated.

Photographs and descriptions are intended to identify the specific collectible being offered. Condition details should be reviewed before purchase.

Collectible values can change over time. Cosmic Stickers does not guarantee future resale value, rarity, appreciation, or investment performance.

SECTION 10: SHIPPING

Shipping options, rates, delivery estimates, tracking availability, and other shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy:

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Economy Shipping - No Tracking does not include tracking. Customers who require tracking should choose a tracked shipping option during checkout.

SECTION 11: RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND DAMAGED ORDERS

Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged products, defective products, incorrect orders, and custom-order restrictions are governed by our Refund Policy:

We do not guarantee that products will meet every subjective expectation or that colors displayed digitally will exactly match printed colors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 16: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cosmic Stickers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

SECTION 17: INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Cosmic Stickers harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from material you submit for reproduction when you did not have the legal right or authorization to use that material.

SECTION 18: SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

SECTION 19: WAIVER

Failure by Cosmic Stickers to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the State of California, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
